Avenue House is a private, family run Weymouth B & B which offers a

Our prices start at £25 per
person per night, depending on the time of the year. We are ideally situated for exploring Weymouth's picturesque 17th century
harbour, which is just a 5 minute stroll away. Across the bridge is the town
centre with a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, and of course
Weymouth's famous beach.
Weymouth and Portland,
being the home to the 2012 sailing Olympics, is an
all-year round resort for sport and leisure. Weymouth makes an ideal base
for exploring the whole of Dorset, and has easy access to the ferry for the
Channel Islands.
