Arrivals and Departures: |
|
Rooms are available from 4pm -
please notify us if you expect
to arrival late. We ask that rooms are
vacated by 10am on the
morning of departure. |
|
Keys and Room: |
|
Lost keys or keys not
handed in upon departure,
surcharge of 15 pounds. Only
registered guests are permitted
into the bedrooms. |
|
Smoking: |
|
We operate a strict "No Smoking"
policy within the Guest House.
Guests who contravene this
condition, put the safety of all
staff and guests at risk.
The penalty for a breach of this
condition will be immediate
termination of your
booking/residency,
without compensation. |

Payment: |
We accept card transactions,
cheque or cash. There is a
surcharge of 5 pounds for payment
using credit cards, this does
not apply to Debit Cards.
We require a non-refundable
deposit to the value of the
first night's stay; or a 10 pound per
person deposit in the case of a
single night's stay - the
remaining balance to be paid on
arrival. |

Cancellations: |
|
Deposits are non-refundable,
however we will refund deposits
(less administration fees) if we
are able to re-let the rooms. |
|
Damages: |
|
Guests are liable for any costs
for repair or replacement of any
items lost or damaged. |
