Rooms are available from 4pm - please arrange late arrivals with
us. We ask that rooms are vacated by 10:30am on the morning of
departure. |

We require a non-refundable deposit to the value of the first
night's stay; or a £10 per person deposit
in the case of a single night's stay - the remaining balance to be
paid on arrival.

Cancellations: |

If you take or lose keys a charge of £10 is payable. Only
registered guests are permitted into the bedrooms at any time.

Deposits are non-refundable, however we will refund deposits (less
administration fees) if we are able to relet the rooms.

Smoking: |

Damages: |
|
We operate a
strict No Smoking policy anywhere in the house. Incompliant guests'
bookings will be terminated immediately without compensation. |
|
Guests are liable for any costs for repair or replacement of any
items lost or damaged.
